Description
CJC-1295 WITH DAC: CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone. The four amino acid substitution makes it more resistant to proteolytic inactivation by dipeptidylpeptidase IV (DPP-IV). In combination with Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), it extends its half-life, as well as its duration of action.
Studies show that serum IGF-I levels increase several days after a single administration of CJC-1295 with DAC.
